Welcome to AI Trading FX. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our platform and services, which provide AI-powered Forex trading and investment opportunities. By accessing or using the AI Trading FX platform (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use the Platform.

1. Introduction

AI Trading FX is an online platform that offers automated Forex trading services using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. By investing through our platform, users allow the AI system to trade on their behalf in exchange for a potential return on investment (ROI). The ROI is not guaranteed and varies based on market conditions.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not be located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where the provision of AI-powered Forex trading services is prohibited.

If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

3. Registration and Account Security

• To access the services, you must create an account on the Platform by providing accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security policies.

4. Investment Plans and Funding

• By selecting an investment plan, you authorize AI Trading FX to use your deposited funds for trading activities on your behalf.
• The minimum deposit required to start trading is $100. There is no maximum deposit limit, but we advise you to only invest funds that you can afford to lose.
• You may fund your account using the available payment methods. Your funds will be used to execute AI-powered Forex trades as per your selected investment plan.
• Deposits are processed immediately; however, withdrawals may take up to several business days depending on the payment method.

5. AI Trading and Risk Disclosure

• The AI system employed by AI Trading FX automatically trades Forex on your behalf. The AI system analyses market conditions and executes buy and sell orders based on its programming.
• ROI Disclaimer: While we aim to generate weekly returns, there are no guarantees of profits, and past performance does not guarantee future results. The forex market is volatile, and investments carry inherent risks.
• The AI system may encounter losses, and you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• The AI system employs risk management measures to limit potential losses, but no system can entirely eliminate risk.

6. Fees and Charges

• AI Trading FX charges a management fee, which is deducted from profits generated by the AI trading system. This fee is clearly stated when you select your investment plan.
• All fees are subject to change, and you will be notified in advance of any significant fee changes.
• Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the chosen withdrawal method and payment processor.

7. Withdrawals

• You may request a withdrawal of your funds at any time through the withdrawal options available on the Platform. Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which are outlined in your account settings.
• Withdrawals may take several business days to process, depending on the withdrawal method and the country of residence.
• You acknowledge that, in certain cases, there may be delays in processing withdrawals, and we are not liable for any delays caused by external financial institutions.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

• You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a request to our support team.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you have violated any of these T&C or engaged in any fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical activities.
• Upon account termination, you will be required to withdraw any remaining funds from your account. All outstanding fees and charges must be settled before withdrawal.

9. No Investment Advice

• AI Trading FX provides automated trading services and does not offer personalized investment advice.
• The information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only. We recommend that you consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any significant investment decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

• AI Trading FX is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or trading activities, including any loss of funds, profits, or investments.
• We do not guarantee the success of the AI trading system or the accuracy of the trading signals generated by the AI.
• You agree to use the Platform at your own risk and acknowledge that Forex trading involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Trading FX, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these T&C.
• Any breach of your representations and warranties.
• Your use of the Platform and the trading services provided by the Platform.

12. Privacy Policy

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our [Privacy Policy]. Your data will be used to provide the services and comply with legal requirements.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or update these T&C at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
• We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or other events that prevent the normal functioning of the Platform.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These T&C are governed by the laws of Seychelles.
• Any disputes arising from these T&C or your use of the Platform will be resolved in accordance with the rules of law in Seychelles.

16. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• These T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Trading FX regarding the use of the Platform.
